Victor Santa Cruz
Victor has over 18 years laboratory experience, managing microbiology and bioassay labs.  He currently works at the  Inland Empire Utility Agency in Chino, California.  Victor enjoys helping and assisting those that need it, specially kids.

Victor has created a Wastewater Organisms Database CD which is being dispersed along with teaching materials to participating high schools.  His wastewater database has and is being utilized by several water agencies in their teaching workshops.
