My skills are being able to troubleshoot and solve wastewater treatment problems, design oversights, and training inexperienced personnel to operate wastewater treatment plants, start-up new processes, and trouble-shoot wastewater treatment problems. Pollution Prevention, Continuous Process Improvement, and Statistical Process Control are techniques that I have used to achieve compliance while reducing operating costs.

My qualifications include years of experience as a "hands on" professional that has found solutions to a wide variety of environmental and processing problems. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, organization, and governmental regulatory requirements have been as important to my problem solving success as knowledge of wastewater treatment processes.
