Solving the commissioning for Shijiazhuang City Qiaoxi Wastewater Treatment Plant. Assigned as the process-adjusting principal who was in charge of cooperating with the foreign technicians to adjust the equipment, adjust the process. I organized to make a feasible scheme, and finished punctually:
1)The activated sludge cultivating and acclimatizing. The flow of treatment wastewater attained designed demand (160000 cubic meters per day). The SS, COD and BOD5 of discharge quality attained The Nation Comprehensive Effluent Standard(GB8978----1996);
2)Digesting sludge in medium temperature. The sludge with about 40% organic content generated biogas of about 55% methane(CH4) content after digesting. After dry method of desulfration, the concentration of Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) was below the toxic limits(10ppm);
3)Sludge flocculating-dewatering. The sludge cake with about 30% dry content was made out of the mixture of sludge with about 5% dry content and cationic polymer coagulant (cationic polyacrylamide) by belt filter;
4) Cooperating with the foreign technicians to adjust the biogas engine. It had gained the energy-saving effect to make the gas from digesting as fuel of operating the biogas engine then driving air blower.
