This  is an excellent management - director level opportunity in Bakersfield, CA.

Chief Engineer for a fast paced customer service department. Must be capable of supervising a staff of QC, drafting, in field and design engineers in a fast paced sales oriented firm.  Almost All projects are sales support functions. Hands on experience in wastewater applied pumping, irrigation, environmental, chemical handling and water systems work.

Must have fluid dynamic experience, Pumping, construction, farm machine product design or applicable construction field design experience. A P.E is preferred, advanced degree mandatory (water science preferred), direct supervisory and management experience. Waste water or filtration experiences a plus.



Salary DOE 120 To 150 K with bonus
