PhD Chemist with Public Utility Mgt. Experience
Apr 20th, 2011, 2:26pm

Greetings,
I recently completed my Ph.D. degree in Chemistry from the University of Illinois. Prior to attending graduate school I worked for a water supply corporation. I served successfully as a chemist for a Water/Wastewater development  project, then later as a billing and meter reading supervisor where I help improve employee efficiency and increase revenue for the company. I am posting my resume as well for all to see.

Thanks,
Dr. Oscar Rodriguez Jr.
