I'm a water supply and sewerage engineer in Viet Nam. I graduated 1 year ago and I wish go to study abroad.
I know it's difficult because my financial condition is not good. I know it's difficult because my English is not really good. I know it's difficult because  study abroad about technical and water sector is difficult more than about financial - accounting ...
But I can't stop my think about it.
And I will try my best to have it.
Who can give me any advice? Only one idea!

PS: who know Sogreah Consultant of France. Does they have any training program?
