The Town of Friday Harbor is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Water Treatment/Distribution System worker at the Town Water Department.  The Water Utility Worker is responsible for performing varied and moderately complex maintenance and construction duties, including activities necessary to maintain structures, equipment and grounds.  The water utility worker position is distinguished by performing regular and non-routine tasks for maintenance, repair, and installation in the water distribution system; water meter reading; maintenance of meters and meter boxes; water sampling; lab and clerical work; and other duties as assigned.
