We are currently looking to fill the
DIRECTOR – SALES, SOUTH-EAST ASIA
position.

The candidate will be reporting to our Vice President Sales & Project Execution. His/her main responsibilities will be creating opportunities for Organica WWTPs in South-East Asia and closing contracts and agreed upon achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
•      Work with VP of Sales & Project Execution to develop business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of sales targets and profitability.
•      Full accountability for identifying, developing, and closing project opportunities in Asia.
•      Work with sales support team on lead generation strategies for the Asian market
•      Work with sales support team to identify and develop strategic partners/agents with goal of increasing reach and number of potential opportunities.
•      Provide timely and accurate information to sales support on all potential project opportunities, incluidng pricing/margin data, deal milestones, technical requirements, etc.
•      Liase with clients, partners, regulators, and other stakeholders for information during preparation of bid
•      Manage team to ensure timely and accurate preparation of legal and commercial aspects of tenders and/or technical offers
•      Gather market data and information about industry trends, competing technologies and organizations, competitive pricing and technical specifications, etc
•      Manage and control travel and project developments expenses to meet budget guidelines.
•      Prepare reports as per requirement.

Qualifications:
•      At least a MS/BS  in engineering  or other technical discpline
•      Total minimum experience of 8 years, preferably all in water and/or infrastructure industry
•      5 years of experience in selling products and/or services to General Contractors bidding on wastewater treatment projects in South-East Asia region
•      Ability to understand technical issues related to biological wastewater treatment
•      Good command over written and spoken English
•      Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.

Key competencies:
•      Strong leadership skills; Should be able to work as a part of a team
•      Excellent communication and presentation skills
