San Francisco Bay Area information request.

Hi Guys,

I was wondering if anyone on here could provide a list of companies involved in wastewater treatment in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Im moving to San Francisco from Ireland in May of this year and will be seeking work in the area. I will be looking for entry-level positions and positions that require 0-3 years experience. I am a Batchelor of Mechanical Engineering and have completed a 2 year Research Masters in Wastewater Treatment Design.

I would really appreciate any advice or information anyone could offer.

Hello & welcome to the BAY!

I would strongly recommend contacting the California Water Environmental Assoc. (CWEA) & Water Environment Federation (WEF) and more specifically the SF Bay Area section for leads. Also you can Google search a list of the WWTPs in the area as there are over 40+ plants that might have a need for help.

San Leandro San Dist

that is a few to start with as all have been looking for people as of recently.

Hi Guys,

Im here in the bay and applying for job with little success but I have been invited to sit a employment test for the Dublin San Ramon Service District for an Operator 1/2 position. Oringinally I thought this was a Grade 1 operator exam and was studying all the material I could find on it but unfortunatly its not. THe HR girl said it was an exam to test my knowledge of the position. Do any of you guys have any experience of these exams or the kind of information they may ask. Please advise.
