We are looking to fill a position of an Operations Manager for a remote operation in Mexico.  This person will be in charge of all aspects of the local operation, which will include the operation of a brackish water RO plant from day one and eventually a wastewater treatment plant.  
The Manager must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, good mechanical skills and the ability to adapt to a fast paced work environment.   The location is Campeche, Mexico and fluent bilingual Spanish speaking and reading skills are necessary.

Ideal Candidates will possess the following qualifications:
• Water Treatment Certification/License with experience in Reverse Osmosis Desalinization
• 5-7 years of operational experience in the field
• Community College Diploma or University Degree in an asset
• Previous management experience  
• Strong computer skills – MS Office, QuickBooks
• Ability to analyze and present information effectively and accurately
• Excellent communications skills in both English and Spanish
• Ability to relocate quickly is a major plus

Key responsibilities:
• Manage the daily operation and staff of a Water and/or Wastewater Treatment Plants
• Budget planning and implementation
• Team building (training, hiring, etc.)
• Administrative:  purchasing, record keeping
