Have experience; will travel!  I am a freelance environmental compliance troubleshooter.  My past experience has taught me that wastewater treatment facility operations and start-ups are fraught with problems caused by design oversights and operator inexperience.  You could use my services temporarily to solve these types of problems quickly without having to interrupt current projects.
