Pesticide Wastewater Treatment

I'am designing a pesticide wastewater treatment plant. The characterictis  of inffluent is followed:

- Q = 100 m3/day
- pH: 2-3
- COD: 4,500
- TSS: 30,000
- Chlorine : 3000
- Sulfat: 2050

The diagram of WTP:

Influent --> Equalization -->Fenton --> Seltting tank --> Aarotank --> Secondary clarifier  --> Ozon --> Effluent.

I have some questions:
- How to calculate the dose of H2O2, FeSO4 and Ozone? The optimal contact time beetwen chmical and wastewater? (for determine the volume reactor).
- What's the best menthod for treatment of this wastewater?

Exercuse for my bad english skill?
