We have a big problem with non settlement sludge.
In the aeration tank:
SVI=2800,   MlSS=0.210 ,BODin=320    BODout=210   CODin=790
CODout=535     Q=8000m3/h     DO=0.8       SSin=150     SSout=200
The aeration tank have  just aerobic zone. Volume of aeration tank is 80000m3

Please advise me

We need the units of measure for MLSSs (mg/L, g/L. g/m³, etc.) and SVI (mg/L, g/m³, etc.).

Hydraulic Retention Time is 10 hrs, and I assume that other measurements are mg/L.

My first action would be to raise the DO to greater than 2 mg/L. Then we would at least expect to see some improvement in BOD_out and SS_out.

Do you have a final clarifier? What is the discharge parameters from the final clarifier? What is the SV₃₀ from the aeration basin?
