Director of Wastewater Operations – City of New York/Veolia Services
The Wastewater Treatment Operations Director is responsible for implementing high impact initiatives across all sites for a specific project.

Responsibilities include:
Performing technical analysis and assistance with Wastewater treatment operations.
Managing several initiatives and pilots simultaneously.
Modifying Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's.)
Implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPI's.)
Tracking project progress and regularly reporting progress to project management and the Client.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent related experience.
At least 5 - 10 years' experience in Operations and Maintenance of a wastewater treatment facility with demonstrated knowledge of methods, principles and practices of operating, maintaining and repairing wastewater treatment plant equipment, instrumentation and associated systems.
Strong project management skills with demonstrated effectiveness coordinating several initiatives and pilots concurrently.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management.
