Dimensionate wastewater treatment plan

Hello,

I have to dimensionate a batch wastewater treatment based on the lab results
matrix:
Q = 100 m³
COD = 1200 mg/l
NH4-N = 4000 mg/l
P = 400 mg/l
alkality = 2000 mg/l (CaCO3)
cyclus time = 12 h

Lab results:

a'      0,489      g O2/g COD
K      0,38      /day
Y      0,365      g MLSS/g COD
Xd      0,67      
b'      32,77      mg O2/g d.s. day
kd      0,0231      /day
Xv      5300      mg/l
COD/N      7      mg COD/mg N
vs NH4 = 1,2 mg N / g MLSS.h
vs NO3 = 1,1 mg N/g MLLS.h

The problem is that I don't know how to start with this excersise.
I have calculate how much COD I need to remove the excess NH4
COD = 280000 g

I hope that someone can help me.
