High ACN wastewater

hello all my friend,

is it anyone here have experience deal wastewater with high ACN(1000mg/l to 3000 mg/l).
1. If have actually what the effective treatment to reduce it ?
2. what the allowance limit of ACN enter to biological process.
3. What the sympthom if high ACN have enter into biological process

ACN= acrylonitrile

I don't know the what concentrations would be inhibitory. OUR testing with various amounts of this in your normal influent flow would be needed.

This is nasty stuff- hydrocarbons, cyanide etc- if it can be removed at the source that would be best. Here's an article I found on it. Hope this is of some help, others may have experience (I don't)
