Try operating with a sludge age of 10-20 days with a DO greater than 2 mg/L. What are your discharge limits?

You haven't mentioned your treatment process and waste water source/ characteristics.
If it's a ASP and source water is primarily sewage , you need not worry about MLSS at this flowrate.
Just maintain the DO level at around 0.5-1ppm and there's no need to recycle the sludge for now.

Hi

Grrun is correct, as ever, with his figures, but if you could give more data regarding loads we can help more.

regards
Alistair
