Fourmula for correct CL2 : Ammonia ratio
Jun 23rd, 2012, 8:49am

Hello there, okay I still can't get my watertower to produce and maintain a good chlorine residual. I was talking to our ammonia vender and he was telling me some settings and it all had to do with my water flow. He was explaining it to me, the process, but I guess he forgot that I was new to this and I don't know wherre he got half of the numbers he throw at me. Is there any body here who could explain this to me in writing. Maybe the name of this formula so I could researsh it further online. Thanks in advance.  Undecided

3 mg/L free chlorine: 1 mg/L ammonia will produce 3 mg/L combined residual.
