Which TSS meter?

Can you clarify your second sentence?  I would guess you mean "stir" but want to be 100%.

Hi
I meant TSS Portable Hand-held Turbidity, Suspended Solids, and Sludge Level System
in this instrument user manual they say:  in calibration, stir the
measuring medium(calibration sample) with the probe.
but in measurement of real sample you should not stir it

Thanks.  Using the probe to "stir" during calibration is merely to make sure that you have even mixing, since you are working in a container.  In testing samples where the probe is lowered into the basin/channel or what have you, there's typically mixing from flow.

Hope that helps.
