what's cloudy secondary effluent

I read Operation of municipal wastewater treatment plants(WEF, 6th). In this book ,it mentions cloudy secondary effluent. I can't image it. can anyone show me some photos?

Try taking about 10 mL of RAS and mixing it in a jar with 300 mLs of influent- this should give you an idea.
