Woodard & Curran, a leading environmental and contract operations firm, is seeking a full-time Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Operator in Monterey, TN. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating the WWTP in compliance with applicable local, state, and Federal environmental requirements, including: performing daily rounds, laboratory analysis, assisting with equipment repairs, troubleshooting and correcting operational problems, and frequent communications with the client.

This position is third shift, including call-ins for nights, weekends and legal holidays as required.

Qualifications:
• Minimum one year of professional experience in the operation of a wastewater treatment facility.
• Minimum one year of mechanical or electrical experience in the industrial area.
• High School graduate or equivalent required, with technical/vocational school background preferred.
• Applicant must possess a valid Driver's License and a good driving record and must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• High School graduate or equivalent required, with technical/vocational school background preferred.
