Aeration tank condition

Hi,,

I filled the cylinders below with sludge from aeration tanks for waste water treatment 24 hours ago.


At this point of time, Would you please diagnose any  problem except the colour. The colour dosn't make any matter.
Any opinion would be appreciated..
