Wastewater Engineer/Scientist

We are seeking a top-notch Environmental Engineer focused on biological wastewater treatment to provide technical support to sales and distributors, product and operational support to customers, and to conduct field and laboratory evaluations of existing and new products.  You will have the opportunity to provide guidance, make product recommendations, and participate in new technology development relative to customer needs.  This unique position provides the opportunity to work side by side at customer locations globally to collaborate and creatively solve current problems while focusing on maximizing operational performance of the treatment facility.  Last, but certainly not least, you will conduct training sessions for various stakeholders and have opportunities to present at industry conferences conveying excellence in bioaugmentation technology for the wastewater industry.

Here’s what it takes:
•      M.S. in Environmental or Chemical Engineering, Biological Systems Engineering or Environmental Microbiology plus 3+ years experience in biological wastewater treatment operations in the petrochemical and refining industries, or B.S. plus 5+ years relevant industrial or operational experience.    
•      Technical writing experience.  Examples include field and laboratory reports, training manuals, white papers, etc.
•      Experience working with scientists and other relevant stakeholders to solve challenges.
•      Excellent communication skills including ability to effectively present in front of various stakeholders.  Fluency in a foreign language a plus.
•      Ability to
o      work independently and effectively manage multiple projects.
o      travel domestically up to 50% with occasional international travel.
o      work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
