Job Description

The Director will be responsible for developing and executing long-term strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive business performance while establishing new business.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a clear focus on innovative solutions and ongoing assessment of technologies available to invigorate and improve performance, results and quality of the customers’ experience with the company.  

The Director will be responsible for assisting a team of technical sales and service professionals in both office-based and field roles, and will report to the V.P. of Water and Wastewater.    Strong leadership and motivational skills will be essential in fostering a creative, cohesive, innovative and safe working environment that promotes continuous learning; continuous improvement and pride in achievement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a technically related field is preferred.  Any technical certifications, licenses, or professional training will be considered in meeting educational requirements. Minimum 5 - 7  years experience in related field.  Management experience is ideal.

Executive-level visioning, strategic mindset, sense of urgency and determination.  Synthesize data and translate insights into relevant, usable, actionable strategic and tactical recommendations.  Interact with a diverse employee and customer base in situations requiring tact, poise and diplomacy.  Strong knowledge of State and Federal environmental laws and regulations.
