ANy idea why FOG Sampling is done by grab sampling and not composite.  I need to explain  that a plant operator.

Here is what Method 1664 has to say about it--straight from the horse's mouth!

"The high probability that extractable matter may adhere to sampling equipment and result in measurements that are biased low precludes the collection of composite samples for determination of oil and grease."
