Plant/Process Description:
We are a Corn Wet Milling plant and waste
generated out of that. We have a very efficient
and compact plant having UASB and Diffused
aeration system. Our sludge in the anaerobic
system have granular shape which is unique and
very efficient in load reduction. The aerobic
digester design is art of technology therefore
can run even without a seperate clarifier.
Our process follows these steps:
-Wastewater transport
-Screen chamber
-Oil & fat trap
-Flash mixer
-Primary clarifier
-Equalization / neutralization tank
-Up-flow anaerobic sludge blanket reactor (UASB)
-Aeration tank
-Sludge drying beds
-Gas holder / gas collection system
