Plant/Process Description:
The Lions Gate Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP)
provides primary treatment to wastewater from
approximately 160,000 residents of the District
of West Vancouver, the City of North Vancouver,
and the District of North Vancouver. The Lions
Gate plant's treatment capacity is seven times as
great as when it opened in 1961.
