New Operator-Friendly Portable Gantry Crane

Ft. Erie, Ontario -- Engineered Mainteniance Equipment's (EME) aluminum alloy Gantry Cranes are lightweight and easily moved equipment that can reduce the chance of operator injury, improve plant maintenance and save design engineers and plant owners thousands of dollars over conventional equipment.

Made of a highly corrosion resistant aluminum alloy and with a powder coat finish for easy clean up EME Gantry Cranes are available in capacities from 1100 to 4400 lbs. and weigh from just 155 to 295 lbs. assembled.

Short units can be easily assembled by one or two persons in a matter of minutes. Sub basements, tight pump house spaces , tight quarters are no problem with an eme Gantry Crane. The extruded hollow box beam weighs just 5 lbs. per linear foot and with lightweight legs any Gantry Crane can be set up in almost any location in minutes without the need for any rigging equipment - ever. Different length beams can be used with the same legs and ‘Surround Beam’ Locking Beam Trolley further increasing the usefulness and productivity of the equipment.

Beam lengths from 6 to 25 ft. obsolete ‘I’ beams, monorails, steel gantry cranes, jibs at every pump site while saving money in equipment and engineering costs.
