Providence, RI -- AnoxKaldnes are pleased to announce Jack C. Gardiner of Houston, Texas was recently named Chairman/CEO of North American Operations located in Providence, RI. AnoxKaldnes is the inventor/supplier of the patented Moving BedTM Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) and HYBASTM systems for the biological treatment of both industrial and municipal wastewater.
Mr. Gardiner comes to us with over 25 years of experience in the water/wastewater industry.
Most recently, Jack was employed by Zenon Environmental as a Regional Manager. It was in that capacity that he increased sales in a non-producing region to over $36 million in a 24-month period. Prior to Zenon, Jack founded Gardiner Environmental Company, Inc., where he invented and manufactured the patented Water Champ vacuum chemical induction mixing process. Jack marketed and sold the Water Champ process globally and later sold GEC to US Filter where he stayed on as a Vice President. In his new role as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Gardiner will have overall responsibility for the management of AnoxKaldnes Inc. with offices located in Providence, RI, Denver, CO and Houston, TX.

Since the start up of AnoxKaldnes in North America in 2001, the company has received orders for approximately 20 million dollars and has made major breakthroughs in the industrial and municipal markets. As an example of this, it was just announced that the City and County of Broomfield, Colorado, An AnoxKaldnes installation, is the recipient of the American Public Works Association Colorado Chapter 2004 Public Works Environmental Project Award for Medium Community (20,000-90,000 population).
