Wilmington, MA -- Watson-Marlow Bredel, the leading manufacturer of peristaltic pumps, introduces its new 323 pump. Designed to provide high performance pumping for environmental applications, the 323 pump is ideal for chemical metering. Watson-Marlow Bredel’s 323 pump is a low maintenance, low-cost pump that outperforms traditional “throw-away” solenoid diaphragm pumps.
Watson-Marlow Bredel’s 323 reliably pumps harsh chemicals such as sodium hypochlorite, ferric chloride, alum, sodium bi-sulfite, caustic, aqueous ammonia, polymer, and many others. In addition, the pump will not vapor lock from hypochlorite off-gassing. Because the pump’s tube is the only replacement part, tube change-over can be completed in three seconds, making the 323 virtually maintenance-free. A typical pump rebuild costs less than $15.00.
The 323 pump is reversible, offers turndown ratios of 20,000:1, and requires no pulsation dampeners, strainers, or back pressure valves. Additionally, the 323 pump is compact and can be easily installed. The pumps start at $999 and include a standard 4-20mA input signal.
Engineered for the highest quality, every Watson-Marlow Bredel pump offers zero-maintenance motors, whisper-quiet gearboxes, and the most sophisticated control electronics designed to ISO9001.
