Boss Tank Acquired by Neighbors & Associates

Parsons, KS -- Neighbors & Associates Group (N&A), a holding company that specializes in storage tanks and integrated storage systems, announces the acquisition of Boss Tank through a stock exchange offer. Boss Tank is a manufacturer of bolted and shop-welded storage tanks located in Oswego, KS. N&A is the parent company of Tank Connection & Alliance Constructors, both of Parsons, KS.
