From Water and Wastewater.com Industry News Glens Falls, NY -- Danfoss Flomatic Corporation has introduced an expanded Ball Check Valve product program. They have added the 3" size to the model 208T product offering which is the standard of the wastewater industry. This product has a corrosion resistant PVC body, an E-Z access port, and is available with threaded NPT or socket weld female by female connections. The Model 208T is rated for a maximum temperature of 150°F and a maximum pressure of 100 PSI.
Danfoss Flomatic's models 208, 408, and 508 Ball Check Valves are specially designed for demanding wastewater and storm water pumping applications. They are recommended for a flow velocity of 3' to 5' per sec. Danfoss Flomatic's Ball Check Valves are available in sizes from 1"-14" and are manufactured in Cast Iron, Ductile Iron, 316 Stainless Steel, and PVC. These valves are flow efficient and have low maintenance.
