Buffalo Grove, IL -- Following the success of their earlier model, Sirius Automation Inc., is pleased to announce the immediate availability of their improved ‘GraviMatic-II®’ Series of Benchtop Laboratory Robots tailored for applications within Wastewater/Water Reclamation Testing Laboratories that involve gravimetric assays.
Perfect for repetitive, routine operations in every high throughput Laboratory, these units are available with 3, 4 & 5 place Analytical Balances as required. Each installation includes a self-calibration/test routine to ensure operational qualification.
Configured for easy-setup, day to day use-ability and walkaway reliability, these fast and efficient robots utilize proprietary ‘furnace friendly’ racks & grippers that are available for a range of standard crucibles, and incorporation of custom labware for special cases is also available.
Offered both with and without full enclosures and humidity control devices, these fully automated workstations pay for themselves quickly in headcount savings alone, the improved data quality and confirmed sampling handling aspects are additional justifiers! The multi-method software is ‘tiered access adapted’ and suited for several users, providing simple ‘start run’ access to low level users, but entire protocol visibility to laboratory management.
The ‘Gravimatic-II®’ Series is improved over earlier versions in both speed (throughput) and on-station capacity (number of samples), plus includes either XP-Pro or VISTA based Robot Control and Data Handling Desktop PC. Data can be imported/exported via standardized file handling or by using the built-in DataBase features.
Sirius Automation Inc. is a fast growing tailored Laboratory Automation manufacturer located in greater Chicago with clients in the Chemical, Pharmaceutical, BioTech and Water Quality markets.
