Wakefield, MA -- InfraMetrix, LLC, an industry leader in sewer mapping, inspection and diagnostic services, and CUES, Inc., the long-standing industry leader in closed circuit television technology, have teamed to develop new product and service offerings for storm water and wastewater collection system inventory and diagnosis.

The first technology developed by the InfraMetrix-CUES partnership is the CUES-IMX Camera. A zooming camera, the CUES-IMX camera will help collection system owners and operators reduce system operation and management costs and increase performance. The technology used in the CUES-IMX System helps utilities get the complete picture of the pipe condition efficiently and cost-effectively, so that they can identify and quickly address sewer system needs and comply with CMOM and GASB-34 requirements.

The CUES-IMX system offers a unique service to wastewater utilities for quickly locating maintenance and structural defects that may cause sewer overflows. “The technology rapidly gathers valuable information about the actual condition of collection systems, enabling the utility to implement prioritized cleaning and CCTV camera inspection, saving time and money,” stated Sandy Milley, president of CUES.

According to InfraMetrix president William DiTullio, the alliance will build on the expertise of both firms. “CUES has a long-standing reputation for innovation and excellence in pipeline inspection and rehabilitation technology. By pairing their expertise with InfraMetrix’s unique infrastructure diagnostic services, we can help utilities make intelligent choices and prioritize investment decisions with comprehensive inventories and assessments.”
