Lansdale, PA -– Neptune Chemical Pump Co., Inc. introduces the new GLV Series valveless metering pump, designed to eliminate gas locking during sodium hypochlorite injection. Materials are selected for the best corrosion resistance in hypochlorite.
The GLV Series pump is designed specifically for 12% to 15% sodium hypochlorite or other chemicals with severe off gassing problems. The GLV’s pump capacity ranges from 0.002 gph to 5.7 gph; discharge pressure is rated to up to 150 psi. Capacity is adjusted by changing the stroking speed either manually or by an external 4-20mA signal.
The GLV control unit is top mounted on a day tank and the liquid end is submerged. The pump offers precise discharge volume with a wide range of controllability. Unit includes a user-friendly, built-in flow monitor.
