STS Introduces the MicroScatter Turbidity Meter

FORT WASHINGTON, PA -- Severn Trent Services will introduce the MicroScatterT 90° turbidity meter at the 2006 AWWA Conference & Exposition being held June 11-15 in San Antonio, Texas. The MicroScatter 90° is ideal for use with clean water and all types of raw water including wastewater discharge in both municipal and industrial applications and is designed to monitor turbidity ranging from 0-200 NTU. The new turbidity meter will be on display at the Severn Trent Services booth, number 2118.
This easy-to-use system is menu prompted to walk the user through set-up, calibration and operation. Optional fully programmable alarm board for high/low logic and dead band are also available. The MicroScatter 90° turbidity sensors are U.S. EPA Method 180.1 and ISO 7027 compliant.
To facilitate easy installation, MicroScatter 90° turbidimeter systems are available already mounted on a back panel and fully wired, requiring only sample water and return lines. Sensors can be located up to 50 ft (15.2 m) from the analyzer.
