Free Web Based Training for Water Treatment Professionals
------------------------------------------------------------
Madison, WI -- H2OChem.com, the leading online resource for
end users of water treatment products, today announced they
will provide web-based training for water treatment
professionals. The first in a series of interactive training
modules will be available on the web site-at no cost-to
all registered users May 9, 2000.
This first-of-its-kind training (H2OChem.com Web Train ®)

in modules dealing with each part of an operating plant. The
advantages of this model are that it allows individuals to
choose the training they desire, and to work through the

Thermo Oxidizer Water Evaporation Unit
------------------------------------------------------------
The RGF Thermo-Oxidizer wastewater evaporation unit has been
designed to thermally oxidize up to 150 gallons of wastewater
per hour at up to 1,600° Fahrenheit utilizing natural gas,
LPG, diesel fuel or waste oil. This system eliminates the
need for liquid disposal costs and sewer discharge, making it
an ideal way to eliminate wastewater without the traditional
problems associated with an evaporator.
Additional savings can be achieved by adding the optional
waste oil burner, a proven waste oil burning technology that
can replace up to 500,000 Btu/hr. of NG or LPG from the main
burner, thereby saving up to 60% fuel cost while at the same
time eliminating up to 84 gallons of waste oil per day.
Significant portions of waste heat can be recovered from the
exhaust gases by the incorporation of optional stainless steel
regenerative air-to-air heat exchangers or hot water heat
exchangers
This water evaporation unit has recently been upgraded to
meet strict NFPA 86 operating standards and boasts many other
operational improvements such as 25% longer residence time,
automated waste nozzle cleanouts, PLC control with lock-in
fault codes and external LCD display, Teflon diaphragm waste
pump, and stainless steel door frame.
